Nick is a keen swimmer, tri-athlete, golfer and general all round sports enthusiast and father to four boys! In the past he has worked for a number of contractors in the UK and overseas, most notably in Bermuda where projects ranged from commercial to residential, schools to healthcare, retail and leisure. (Some may question why he opted for the British climate over Bermuda!). Nick founded Total Support Limited when the company he worked for, Swan Hill Homes, was bought by the Raven Group of companies

Out of the office Neil can be found on the golf course or the rugby field helping with the coaching of his son’s rugby team. In the office environment Neil has a rich history in the commercial sector from working John Laing Construction in the mid 1980’s to Berkeley Homes in the early 1990’s. From there he spent 5 years with Michael Shanly Group and a further 5 years at Barratt Homes where he progressed to Commercial Director. Before joining Total Support Limited in 2007 he held the position of Commercial Director at Bellwinch Homes (part of the Kier Group).

In the summer months Roger can be spotted in the crowd at a test match, or perfecting his golf technique – in the winter he ski’s. When at his desk he provides Architectural design service for planning applications and detailed design drawings for construction, within the residential and commercial sector

Another golfer and avid cricket watcher as well as being a Manchester United follower! When we can persuade him to come into the office, Dave uses his skills (previously honed) as Finance Director at Tarmac Homes and Taylor Wimpey to ensure the smooth running of the company with administration and accounts.

As part of the GB Development Squad, James spends a lot of time sliding his Skeleton Bob down the icy slopes of Europe and North America. When not training, he fulfills a marketing role bringing new customers into the business and looking to explore new markets and opportunities.
