Dedworth Medical Centre

Project: Conversion of an industrial unit into a New Medical Centre and Pharmacy

Location: Windsor, Berkshire

Scope of Work: Provided quantity surveying services, bank monitoring/CDM Co-ordination.  The existing building was stripped back to a bare shell and extended to provide consulting rooms, pharmacy, training facilities, patient waiting areas and reception.  TSL were involved from the early stages of the project providing cost advice and were retained to provide CDMC services and by the clients’ funding bank to act as monitoring surveyors.

Contract Value: 900,000

Contract Period: 14 months
